Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on July 22 that his meeting with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio would take place in the morning of July 23 in Manila.

"The meeting has already been agreed. <... It will be held tomorrow in the morning," he said during a press conference on the sidelines of the events of the Intergovernmental Organization of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
