The Russian brand Jeland entered the top 10 of the car market for the first time

The Russian car brand Jeland, which was launched only this year, was among the top ten brands in terms of new car sales in the country. According to the analytical agency Autostat, this happened for the first time following the results of the 29th week (from July 13 to July 19).

Jeland car sales reached 396 vehicles last week, and the brand took tenth place in the ranking. Lada remains the leader in terms of sales, with a total of 6,109 vehicles. Next are Haval (3205 units) and the Russian brand Tenet (2362 units), which started selling less than a year ago.

Geely (1,780 units) and Snapdup (1,138 units) also surpassed the 1,000 mark. Next are Jetour (917 units), Belgee (879 units), Toyota (773 units) and Mazda (696 units), ahead of Jeland.

In total, 25.1 thousand new passenger cars were sold in Russia in the 29th week of 2026, which is 3.1% less than a week earlier, but 3% more than in the same period last year.
