Calculations of the ACS "Acacia" destroyed the locations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye region

Calculations of 152-mm self-propelled howitzers 2S3 "Acacia" of the Vostok group of forces in the village of Zarnitsa, Zaporizhia region, destroyed buildings and shelters that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) used to house militants. This was announced on July 17 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

It is specified that the enemy's positions were identified by operators of unmanned aerial vehicles during aerial reconnaissance. Monitoring the enemy's routes made it possible to uncover militant concentration sites and strongholds equipped in buildings.

As a result of the combat work, the locations of manpower, several strongholds and more than 30 fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed.

As noted in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the destruction of positions disrupted the defense system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the village and reduced the enemy's ability to hold the occupied borders.

On July 16, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that soldiers from the Msta-S self-propelled artillery unit of the 35th separate motorized rifle brigade of the Center group of forces destroyed the AFU drone control center and paved the way for Russian attack aircraft.
