The TNF Impulse Festival will be held on Saturdays at the Island of Dreams

The Island of Dreams cultural and entertainment cluster, together with the Technoscience Educational platform, continues the TNF Impulse summer festival and presents a program of July themed Saturdays. Events dedicated to chocolate, legendary games and family health will be held in the Southern Landscape Park on July 11, 18 and 25.

July 11 is Chocolate Day. The program of the day will open with a lecture by a nutritionist who will share the secrets of healthy eating and tell you how to form healthy eating habits without strict restrictions. One of the central events will be a meeting with the famous chocolatier, brand chef and ROSBIOTECH teacher Inga Belyaeva. Together with her, the guests will take a journey into the history of chocolate for more than three thousand years and analyze the most popular myths about their favorite delicacy.

Participants will also learn how coffee beans are grown, how caffeine affects the brain, and why many common beliefs about coffee have long been untrue. The most active guests will have fun starts, quizzes and sweet prizes.

July 18 is Tetris' birthday. The guests will enjoy a rich game program: an introduction to traditional Korean games, the game library of the State Darwin Museum with the best board games of the Pictofauna project, created jointly with the National Institute of Design with the support of the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation. Technology lovers will be able to take part in a robotics master class, where they will try to come up with their own video game, and the day will end with an interactive program based on Russian fairy tales with riddles and games that will help to take a fresh look at familiar plots.

July 25 is Health Day. On this day, the program will be dedicated to psychological well-being. She will open with a lecture on how to build healthy personal boundaries with a child and create trusting relationships in the family. The program will be continued by interactive master classes of psychologists from the charity foundation "Road of Life". In a playful way, children will learn to recognize their emotions, cope with excitement, say "no", ask for help and support others.

Fans of an active lifestyle will enjoy a champion sports workout, and the day will end with a lecture on sports psychology dedicated to the development of psychological literacy, first aid skills and familiarization with the profession of a sports psychologist.

Interactive stations for children and parents of different ages will be open throughout the day. Participants will be able to complete game tasks together, share family stories, get to know each other better, and develop communication skills in an easy and engaging format.
