Russian Army drones hit Ukrainian Armed Forces locomotives in two regions of Ukraine
The Russian military used Geran unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to strike railway locomotives in the Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions related to the transportation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on July 9 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The agency published footage of objective control, which recorded the consequences of the strikes.
"Calculations of the Geran UAV struck locomotives used to transport weapons and materiel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the Defense Ministry said in a statement.
A day earlier, servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck heavy trucks with UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine found in the parking lot near the Dnipro–Nikopol highway in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The eliminated devices, as explained in the Ministry of Defense, were subsequently to be used by Ukrainian militants to carry out attacks on targets in Russia.
