Servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation struck heavy trucks with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) found in the parking lot near the Dnipro–Nikopol highway in the Dnipropetrovsk region The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on July 7 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
"On the R-73 Dnipro – Nikopol highway, near the village of Kirovo in the Dnipropetrovsk region, a parking lot with three trucks of the type "truck" and two vehicles of the type "tractor" carrying UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was attacked using the UAV "Geran-4 Seeker".
It is noted that during this operation, the Russian military managed to hit all targets. The eliminated devices, as explained in the Ministry of Defense, were subsequently to be used by Ukrainian militants to carry out attacks on targets in Russia.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the same day that the Russian army had targeted four railway locomotives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which were also located in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The Russian Armed Forces also used Geran-4 Seeker drones in this operation. The strikes, as emphasized in the department, were carried out in order to deprive the Ukrainian militants of logistical capabilities.
