A Muscovite woman forced her young son to beg for forgiveness and, kneeling, kiss her feet. This was announced on July 6 by a source of Izvestia.

The video shows how a woman grabbed the boy by the hand and yanked him behind one of the cars parked in the courtyard, where she forced him to kneel. After that, she pointed to her feet with a sharp movement of her hand and forced the frightened minor to kiss her shoes. Then the mother complained to her child and left him alone, hurriedly retreating.

Eyewitnesses clarified that another kid was watching the whole time. After the incident, local residents have already drawn up a statement to the police, who, as reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, have already initiated a protocol on the citizen's failure to fulfill parental duties.

"The family was placed on preventive registration in the PD (Juvenile affairs unit. — Ed.) of the territorial police department," the law enforcement agencies summed up.

The Investigative Committee (IC) for the Moscow region reported on May 23 that a resident of Balashikha hit his little daughter several times on the head in the elevator of one of the apartment buildings on Boyarinov Street. It was noted that while performing the appropriate actions, he used obscene language. The ministry clarified that a criminal case was opened on the fact of the revealed offense in accordance with paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 117 of the Criminal Code (Torture (systematic infliction of physical or mental suffering) in the presence of one of the aggravating circumstances).
