Sobyanin spoke about the implementation of the capital's AI developments in the construction industry of the regions

During the year, the Moscow Center for Artificial Intelligence in Urban Planning concluded 29 agreements with 21 regions on joint testing and implementation of AI services in the construction sector. This was stated in his personal blog by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

According to the mayor of the capital, Moscow, in accordance with the agreement with the Russian government concluded last year, promotes the introduction of unified digital construction standards in the country.

Among the capital's developments is the Digital Normocontrol service, designed to verify project documentation. It is used in 16 regions of Russia. The Kvartirography service, which allows you to create layouts of residential buildings for the customer's tasks, has been implemented in the Samara and Tula regions, and the Construction Progress Monitoring tool is used in Dagestan, the Jewish Autonomous Region and the Lipetsk Region.

In addition, Moscow is preparing to transfer developments on digital master planning to the regions, which will allow creating digital models of cities. According to Sobyanin, this will help make urban planning decisions based on detailed calculations and plan the development of territories more effectively.

"By transferring Moscow's AI services to the regions, we are making a tangible contribution to solving Russia's strategic development challenges," the mayor emphasized.
