The artist Khudyakov will be buried on July 2 at the Troekurovsky cemetery.

The funeral of Konstantin Khudyakov, Russian artist, President of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia and Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Arts, will be held on Thursday, July 2, at the Troekurovsky Cemetery. This was announced on June 30 by the master's entourage.

"Khudyakov will be buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery," the source told TASS.

It is specified that the farewell ceremony with the master will take place on the same day in the church of the icon of the Mother of God "Joy of All the Sorrowful."

Khudyakov's daughter announced on June 27 that the artist had died at the age of 82. In the last year of his life, he was fighting lung cancer. Khudyakov was born in 1945 in the village of Kochkurova, Saratov region.

He graduated from the Moscow Higher School of Art and Industry (now Stroganovka). Since the 1980s, he has been engaged in computer graphics and digital technologies in art. In 1993, he created the first computer graphics studio in the USSR.
