Moscow will continue to develop "smart reception" and introduce artificial intelligence-based services in polyclinics. This was announced by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, in his channel in the Maks messenger.

The smart service is connected to work in case of online patient registration. If the visitor indicates "feeling unwell or in pain" when choosing the reason for the visit, the service clarifies the complaints and collects primary information. Based on them, the AI assistant prepares a summary from the patient's electronic medical record (EHR) for the doctor.

"Smart reception is a system that allows you to switch from medicine for the fact of illness to medicine for identifying risks and predispositions," the head of the capital emphasized. He noted that her main task is to make the appointment as effective as possible for the patient and the doctor.

Thanks to the "Smart Reception", a new patient routing format has appeared in the capital, Sobyanin recalled. One of the directions of this approach was the diagnosis of patients with knee pain. The system analyzes the EMC, and if there are no X-ray results and contraindications, the patient automatically receives a referral before the appointment and comes to a specialist with a ready-made diagnostic database.

Moscow specialists have also created a neural network capable of automatically identifying people with a high probability of developing a heart attack and stroke in the next two years. The register of such patients has already been formed, the mayor noted. For each of them, the system analyzes the completeness of the examination, the quality of therapy and the state of health. Based on this data, a personal warning sheet with risks and recommendations is generated, which the district doctor sees in the EMIAS.

According to the head of Moscow, since the beginning of the year, more than 1 million prescriptions have been extended and about 600,000 sick leaves have been closed with the help of a telemedicine service in Moscow. About 70% of medical certificates are also available in electronic format.
