The term "neutrality" does not apply to the United States as a mediator in resolving the conflict in Ukraine. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said yesterday that Moscow, in contacts with Washington, regularly indicates that the transfer of military products to the Kiev regime may entail unpredictable consequences.
