Corporal Geenko eliminated three soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who tried to enter the rear

Corporal Vladimir Geenko, as an assistant grenade launcher shooter, was providing cover for Russian assault groups when he noticed three soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) nearby. The press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the exploits of servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the area of a special military operation on Friday, June 26.

The enemy attempted to enter the rear from the flank, but Geenko noticed it in time. He took up a firing position and eliminated all three of them with small arms. As a result, the task of the Russian assault group was completed without loss of personnel.

The Ministry of Defense also noted the high professional training of Private Artem Grinkin, who conducted aerial reconnaissance in the area of one of the settlements in the SVR zone.

During the reconnaissance, Grinkin discovered an enemy disguised control point for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The soldier transmitted the information to the command, and soon the control point was eliminated by Russian artillery fire.

On June 25, the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry told how Corporal Yuri Vakhrushev was on combat duty at the post when the command received information about three enemy UAVs approaching the Russian positions. Vakhrushev immediately ordered the calculation to use electronic warfare (EW), and the enemy UAVs were suppressed.
