Avtodom filed a lawsuit against BMW structures for 25 billion rubles.

Avtodom car dealership Holding has filed a lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court against the structures of the German automaker BMW. The Russian company demanded to pay 25 billion rubles, according to the data in the file of arbitration cases.

They indicate that Avtdom JSC has filed a lawsuit against BMW Bank LLC, BMW Rusland Trading LLC, BMW Osterreich Holding GMBH and BMW Fahrzeugtechnik GMBH. The details of the claim are not specified in the case file. The statement of claim was filed on June 22.
