Russian drones destroyed the AFU repeater antennas in Konstantinovka
Calculations of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the "Southern" group of forces destroyed several antenna repeaters and communications of the enemy in the Konstantinovka area of the Donetsk People's Republic. The corresponding video was published on June 24 by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The ministry noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) had placed camouflaged repeater antennas near the line of contact in order to prevent the advance of Russian troops and to organize more stable communications. It is specified that such devices allow to increase the range of drones and improve communication between units.
During reconnaissance in Konstantinovka and at the entrances to the settlement, UAV operators record the location of the antennas and destroy them, depriving the Ukrainian militants surrounded in the city of outside support.
On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the Russian Armed Forces had liberated 114 buildings in Konstantinovka during the day. At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 30 militants, 13 vehicles and one armored vehicle, 21 ground-based robotic systems and 21 drone control points.
