The brands of the most frequently violating parking rules in Moscow have become known.

The Moscow Administrative Road Inspectorate (MADI) has analyzed compliance with the requirements of prohibiting road signs since the beginning of 2026. Owners of premium class cars were among the violators of the rules of stopping and parking.

According to MADI, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Land Rover and Porsche cars were most often parked under signs 3.27 "No stopping" and 3.28 "No parking".

The ministry recalled that such violations create serious obstacles to the movement of public transport, emergency vehicles and other road users. An administrative fine of 4.5 thousand rubles is provided for non-compliance with the requirements of the prohibition signs. In addition, the violator's car may be moved to a specialized parking lot, which entails additional costs for the owner.

"Non-compliance with the rules of stopping and parking creates serious inconveniences for all road users, and can also lead to emergency situations. We urge owners of cars of any class to comply with traffic regulations and show respect for others," Maxim Liksutov, Moscow's Deputy Mayor for Transport and Industry, said in this regard.

MADI also called on Muscovites to report the facts of improper parking by calling +7 (495) 540-76-56, emphasizing that compliance with traffic rules makes the urban environment safer and more comfortable for all residents and guests of the capital.
