In the Arkharinsky district of the Amur region, a man was killed as a result of a collision between a cargo and passenger car and a shift bus. This is reported by the Amur GZ and PB Center.

The accident occurred on Wednesday, June 17, on the 1672nd km of the federal highway R-297 Amur. Judging by the photos from the scene, the shift bus literally crushed the Nissan Wingroad.

The station wagon driver was removed from the cabin by rescuers. By that time, he had already died from injuries sustained in an accident. According to PriamurMedia news agency, the driver and seven passengers were on the bus at the time of the collision, they were not injured.

Traffic police officers are establishing all the circumstances of the fatal accident.

Meanwhile, the news agency clarifies that in recent days this is the fourth car accident that has occurred on the Amur federal highway. On Monday, June 15, a 62-year-old crossover driver was killed in a collision with a truck, and three people died in two accidents in the same Arkharinsky district over the weekend.
