Shoigu accused UN Secretary General Guterres of disrupting the grain deal

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has not fulfilled his obligations under the Black Sea Grain Initiative, unlike Russia and Turkey. This was announced on June 17 by Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu at a meeting with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
