North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has sent a congratulatory telegram to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of the state holiday of Russia Day. This was reported on June 11 by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
"Kim Jong-un has sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the Russian Federation, Comrade Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, on the occasion of Russia Day," the agency said in a statement.
According to KCNA, the DPRK leader's congratulatory telegram was delivered to the Russian side by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the republic to Russia, Shin Hong Chol.
