The fire started on the territory of an oil refinery in the village of Afipskoye in the Kuban as a result of falling debris from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on June 11 by the operational headquarters for the region in the Telegram channel.

"The wreckage of drones fell in the village of Afipsky. As a result, there was a fire on the territory of the refinery," the statement said.
