"The Lord God gave her everything — talent, divine beauty, and the gift to please the audience, which she did throughout her life not only in the cinema, but also in the theater. Each of her works is a masterpiece, it will forever remain in people's memory," he stressed.
Parshin also called the departure of the actress a loss for the whole country.
"Eternal memory to her. And thank you so much for the fact that fate brought me together with Lyudmila Alekseevna on my creative path," the actor concluded.
Chursina's death at the age of 85 became known on this day. The artist's entourage said that she died as a result of a long battle with cancer. As noted by Milena Aviemskaya, director of the Russian Army Theater, the farewell to the actress will take place on June 12 at the Sestroretsk Cemetery in St. Petersburg.
Chursina was a member of the Union of Cinematographers of the Russian Federation, the Russian Academy of Cinematographic Arts and the National Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of Russia. Over the years of her creative activity, she has performed more than a hundred roles.
