Japanese automaker Honda has initiated a recall campaign for 880,514 vehicles in the United States due to faulty rear suspension components. This was reported on June 10 by the Reuters news agency, citing the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

It is noted that the recall concerns some models of Honda Pilot, Ridgeline, Passport and Acura MDX cars, the NHTSA clarified. In defective vehicles, the components of the rear suspension, including the rear suspension arm, may break down, which can lead to loss of control and control of the vehicle and increases the risk of an emergency.

In addition, Honda dealers will provide free diagnostics and, if necessary, replace, repair or replace defective suspension units for free.

Also in April, Honda initiated a recall campaign for 440,830 vehicles in the United States due to incorrect activation of airbags. The NHTSA clarified that due to an error in the airbags in Odyssey minivans, they could be triggered spontaneously.
