An agreement on the development and promotion of educational solutions in the field of robotics was signed on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on Friday, June 5. Partners — Prosveshchenie (VEB GroupRussian Federation), Applied Robotics PRO LLC and Rubrik-OD LLC intend to create a platform that includes digital services and equipment for teaching children and youth aged 3 to 22 years.

The system will combine compatible robotics kits, digital training materials, simulators, simulators and tools for project activities. All elements of the platform, including teacher training services, are planned to be created based on Russian technologies and components. The pilot launch of the project is scheduled for autumn 2026. After that, the platform will be gradually implemented in schools and institutions of secondary vocational education, and then in kindergartens and universities.

The project aims to create conditions for the early acquaintance of young people with engineering and digital professions.

"To create a truly in-demand educational solution, it is important to create an environment in which content, technology, and practical tools complement each other. That is why the project combines the competencies of companies with practical experience in education, software development and the creation of robotic equipment," said Olga Gamza, Deputy General Director for Digital Solutions at Prosveshcheniya.

She added that the goal of the project is to ensure the accessibility of robotics for children, regardless of the region and the level of equipment of the educational institution.

Konstantin Ermishin, CEO of Applied Robotics PRO, noted the need for modern digital tools to work in a virtual environment and with real devices.

"Our goal is to set a new standard in which the software environment, virtual simulator and physical robot work as a single organism. This is the only way to build a trajectory along which a student will go from the first algorithm to a serious engineering project at a university — without interruptions and loss of interest," he stressed.

According to Ainar Abdrakhmanov, General Director of Rubrik-OD, joint work will ensure the compatibility of equipment and the creation of convenient designers for different ages. He expressed confidence that joining forces would make it possible to offer educational organizations a high-quality domestic product.

The project will be part of the implementation of a new development strategy for Enlightenment as part of the company's renewal under the auspices of VEB.RF. This will make it possible to extend successful practices to the regions of the Russian Federation and build a continuous process of training future personnel for the economy.
