A fraudster who deceived buyers on the delivery of luxury cars was detained in Moscow.

A conman has been detained in Moscow who deceived a huge number of people and car dealerships by promising to deliver luxury cars. Lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky told Izvestia about this on June 2.

The perpetrator is German citizen Ilan Medvedev, who, along with a group of people, is suspected of fraud on a particularly large scale.

"As it turned out, he took money for the purchase and delivery of luxury cars from Europe to Russia. There are many deceived buyers, among those whom I know are my golf club partners, dealers of Rolls Royce, and other luxury cars," Dobrovinsky said.
