Air defense systems eliminated two drones flying to Moscow. This was announced on May 23 by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

"The air defense Ministry shot down two drones flying to Moscow. Emergency services specialists are working at the crash site," he said in a message to Maks.

On the same day, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that the air defense forces had destroyed 17 Ukrainian drones over four regions of the Russian Federation between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Drones were eliminated over the territories of Bryansk, Kaluga, Kursk and Ryazan regions.

On May 23, Perm Krai Governor Dmitry Makhonin announced that enemy drones had attacked an industrial enterprise in the region, and several UAVs had been shot down on approach. Previously, there were no casualties as a result of the attack. Operational service personnel are working at the scene of the incident.
