Air defense forces shot down five Ukrainian drones in Sevastopol

The Air Defense Forces destroyed five unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the sky over Sevastopol. This was announced on May 22 by the governor of the region Mikhail Razvozhaev.

"In Sevastopol, the forces of the Black Sea Fleet, air defense and mobile firing groups repelled the attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Five UAVs were shot down in the area of the Northern Side and Cape Chersonesos," the message in the Maks messenger says.

According to him, there are no casualties or damage.

There may be up to 18 victims under the rubble of the destroyed building.

On the same day, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that 217 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine had been neutralized by the air defense forces over the territory of the Russian Federation. It was noted that the drones were destroyed over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Vladimir, Kaluga, Kursk, Leningrad, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Novgorod, Orel, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver, Tula, Yaroslavl regions, as well as over the territories of the Moscow region and St. Petersburg.
