The court granted the Central Bank's claim to Euroclear for €200 billion.
The dispute between the Central Bank of Russia and the European depository Euroclear over frozen Russian assets in the first instance ended in favor of the regulator. This was reported on May 15 by RIA Novosti with reference to a participant in a closed meeting.
"The claim has been fully satisfied, €200 billion has been recovered," the agency's source said.
Representatives of the European depository said that Euroclear considers the proceedings on this claim to be unfair. According to them, the company's right to a fair trial was "clearly violated."
