Rustic, gastronomic and ecotourism are among the increasingly popular leisure formats for road travelers. Tourists increasingly prefer small authentic villages, glamping holidays and trips to farms to large cities. Adygea, the Caucasian Mineral Waters, Altai, Baikal and Karelia are especially in demand.
In "Daily.<url> emphasized that traveling by car can be very profitable, especially when traveling with family or friends. Savings compared to flights or train trips and hotel stays can reach 50%. Autotourists often choose apartments rather than hotels for overnight stays, as this gives them more freedom: they can comfortably accommodate the whole family, do laundry, order grocery deliveries, or cook their own meals.
The most affordable rental housing turned out to be in Vladimir — an average of 4,540 rubles per day, which is 11% higher than last year's rate. In Pskov and Yaroslavl, prices are 4,770 and 4,640 rubles, respectively. In Kabardino-Balkaria, rent will cost 5,580 rubles, in Kazan — 5,630, in the Krasnodar Territory — 5,920, in St. Petersburg - 5,930, in Belarus — 5,990, in Nizhny Novgorod — 6,140, and in Karelia — 7,100 rubles per day.
In general, the average cost of renting a house in Russia this summer is 5,670 rubles per day, which is 10% more than a year earlier. The average trip duration is six days. When looking for accommodation, tourists most often pay attention to the availability of Wi-Fi, location, separate bedrooms, washing machine, the possibility of accommodation with children and pets. The request for parking has increased by 30% over the year.
