Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, speaking to the media, quoted a certain "thinker from Russia" who called Israel a "small superpower." This was reported by the Clash Report on May 14.

"As one thinker once said — by the way, in Russia — he said: "The state of Israel is a small superpower, but it is a superpower," the publication quoted Netanyahu as saying on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

At the same time, Netanyahu did not give the name of the "thinker" mentioned. It is noted that the Israeli Prime Minister announced the country's intention to overcome this and become a "big, global superpower."

Tactical maneuver: Netanyahu seized the initiative to dissolve the Knesset from the opposition

The election of a new parliament may take place as early as September.
