The Lefortovo District Court of Moscow has registered a new administrative offense case against blogger Yuri Dudya (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation). This was reported in the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction.
"On May 12, 2026, the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow registered a case of an administrative offense against Dudya Yuri Alexandrovich," the Telegram channel said.
It is noted that the blogger was prosecuted under Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Distribution of materials without labeling a foreign agent on social networks").
On April 3, Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, instructed the Main Investigative Department of the department to give a legal assessment of the actions of blogger Dudya after he published an interview with the head of the Russian Volunteer Corps (recognized in the Russian Federation as a terrorist organization). Denis Kapustin (included in the list of terrorists and extremists in the Russian Federation). Kapustin was sentenced in absentia to life imprisonment for crimes against public safety and state power.
