The source of the publication reports that the parties to the conflict "do not see much value in continuing negotiations," despite the statements of the American leader that Russia and Ukraine are close to a settlement. The newspaper noted that Kiev was upset by the lack of pressure from Trump on Russian President Vladimir Putin to mitigate the demands.
