A snake attacked a tourist in the Krasnoyarsk Pillars National Park. The reptile clung to the man's arm as he descended from the Takmak cliff.

The incident occurred on Monday, May 11, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency. After the incident, the victim promptly turned to rescuers, who handed him over to the doctors.

No other details of the incident are provided.

Earlier it was reported that from December 1, 2025, a climbing ban was imposed on the Krasnoyarsk Pillars. The goal is to ensure the safety of people when visiting specially protected natural areas.
