On May 9, Mikhail Sheremet, a State Duma deputy from the Republic of Crimea, called the decree of the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, "authorizing" the Victory Day Parade in Moscow on Red Square, "buffoonery."

"Zelensky is used to practicing numbers with his buffoonery and antics. But his jokes are saturated with hatred and anger," he stressed in an interview with RIA Novosti.
