Tehran feels Moscow's support. This was stated on April 27 by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, answering a question from Izvestia correspondent Nikolai Ivanov.

The Islamic Republic and Russia are strategic partners who support each other, the Iranian Foreign Minister stressed.

"Iran and Russia are strategic partners. They [the Russian Federation] have always supported us, and we have always supported the Russians. Our cooperation will continue," the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic said, answering a question from Izvestia.
