Kostyukov said the United States is not interested in negotiations on Ukraine

The United States is in an extremely difficult situation right now, and it's not up to Ukraine right now. Kostyukov noted that the United States is currently engaged in the conflict in the Middle East, they are not interested in Ukraine.
