The official premiere of the updated BMW 7 Series took place at the auto show in China. The company itself calls this update the largest in the history of the brand, the Izvestia correspondent reports from the exhibition in Beijing on April 24.

The flagship sedan of the German company received narrow long LED running lights, a massive illuminated radiator grille and vertical headlights "hidden" in the corners of the front bumper.

The car has a full-width projection display on the windshield, which displays instrument readings and other information. Passengers in the second row have access to a 31-inch touchscreen display that can be connected to a laptop.

The BMW Seven is equipped with both classic gasoline or diesel engines with a capacity of 286- 400 horsepower, and hybrid power plants (490-612 hp). In addition, three electric power versions are available, which are 455, 545 and 680 horsepower.

The day before, the Russian brand Jeland announced the launch of pre-orders for the J6 crossover, the production of which is organized at the plant in St. Petersburg Shushary. The model will be available in three trim levels priced from 2.29 million, 2.5 million and 2.65 million rubles, respectively.
