Sobyanin spoke about the results of the work of the social Treasury
The social treasury, created two years ago, has simplified the registration of social support for more than 5 million Muscovites, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in his MACH messenger channel. The institution provides a full cycle of social services for privileged categories of the population — from receiving and processing applications to assigning preferential statuses and assigning cash payments.
A single information system has become the main element of the social treasury's activities, which makes it possible to process citizens' applications quickly and efficiently. Thanks to its application, the processing time of documents has been reduced from 8 to 6 working days, and payments are transferred in 2 working days instead of 5. Almost all socially important services have been converted to electronic form and are available to residents of the city around the clock and seven days a week.
Last year, the city's housing subsidy center was added to the social treasury. One of the main steps was the introduction of AI into his work. The system identifies applications from citizens that require corrections or additional data, and sends the documents for revision within an hour. Currently, the Social Treasury is extending this practice to the provision of other social services, which will significantly reduce the processing time for requests for social support. In addition, for the convenience of citizens, the Social Treasury offers services such as "Without leaving home", through which you can get advice from a Social Treasury specialist remotely for about a quarter of an hour, and "Speak with your hands" to help hard—of-hearing citizens.
The Moscow model of providing citizens with social support measures is recognized as unique across the country. Last year, representatives of 73 regions of Russia visited the Social Treasury to share their experience.
