The IRGC announced strikes on US steel plants in Abu Dhabi
Iran attacked a facility of the United States Steel Corporation in Abu Dhabi in response to attacks on Iranian steel mills. This was announced on April 2 by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
"During the joint missile and unmanned operation of the IRGC <...> the following facilities were attacked, as a result of which their main parts were destroyed: the United States Steel plant in Abu Dhabi, UAE," the Fars news agency quoted the IRGC as saying on the Telegram channel.
In addition, attacks were carried out on the United States Aluminum plant in Bahrain, Rafael Arms Industries and the shelter of the American military near the city of Manama.
It is noted that this was the 90th wave of strikes within the framework of Iran's Operation True Promise - 4. It was called "Yaman, severe punishment."
On April 2, the Central Headquarters of the Iranian Armed Forces denied US President Donald Trump's claims about the destruction of the Islamic Republic's military potential. The command of the Iranian Armed Forces also threatened the United States and Israel with more large-scale, powerful and destructive strikes in the event of continued aggression.
