The Russian State Duma delegation in Washington has begun negotiations with US congressmen.

Negotiations between Russian State Duma deputies and American congressmen have begun in Washington, State Duma Deputy Speaker Boris Chernyshov said on March 26.

"There will be representatives from the United States of America from two parties, both Republicans and Democrats," he said in a video on his Telegram channel.
