Alexey Chepa, first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Relations, said this on Tuesday, March 24, commenting on the suppression of a series of terrorist attacks in Moscow and the Moscow region.

"Mass drone attacks are not successful, with the exception of strikes, perhaps, on cities close to the border, which they are massively trying to attack, any objects, as long as they reach. And attempts of terrorist acts are continuing in order to sow some kind of nervousness in society," the deputy said in an interview with Lenta.Ru .

The parliamentarian expressed gratitude to the Russian services that stop terrorist attacks and monitor the events.

"These terrorist acts are taking place with the support of other countries, including European ones, which are talking loudly about the need to respect international rights, legality, and democracy. In fact, they are deeply involved with Ukraine, helping and guiding them," concluded Chepa.

Earlier in the day, units of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Guard were put on high alert to prevent the planned sabotage and terrorist attacks by the Kiev regime in Moscow and the region, writes RIAMO.

The ministry notes that an attempt by the Ukrainian special services to purchase unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) used by the Russian Armed Forces (AF) was thwarted, according to the website. kp.ru . It is specified that if drones were equipped with explosive devices, the Kiev special services would receive powerful means of terror, which they planned to use at certain facilities in Moscow.

On the same day, the FSB announced the detention in Moscow of a foreigner who had delivered from Poland six boxes of improvised explosive devices disguised as heated insoles. 360.ru . The products were planned to be delivered to military units in the special operation zone under the guise of humanitarian aid.

The detonation was supposed to occur when connected to a power source. It was designed to detach a part of a serviceman's limb when used during combat missions.
