The UN recalled the inviolability of diplomatic facilities
Diplomats and diplomatic facilities should never become targets of attacks. This was stated on March 10 by the official representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations (UN) Stephane Dujarric.
"We note that diplomats and diplomatic facilities should never become targets of strikes," he told TASS, commenting on the deaths of four Iranian diplomats in Beirut.
Dujarric noted that the UN is concerned about the increased military activity in Iran and the Middle East. In addition, the increasingly belligerent rhetoric of the parties is of concern.
The representative of the Iranian army, General Mohammad Akbarnia, said on the same day that the Iranian military had significantly weakened Israel's radar potential, which made it easier to attack its military facilities. According to Akbarnia, an important part of the enemy's radar capabilities has been destroyed and it has become easier to strike military bases in Haifa.
On the same day, the IDF announced the start of a new series of strikes on Tehran. In particular, airstrips and air defense systems were attacked.
