The cold weather may still return to the Moscow region in March. This was announced on March 9 by Marina Makarova, a leading employee of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.

"There is no monotonous increase in nature. Seasonal changes are underway, of course, but there will be fluctuations. It will be light, and in the coming days it will be 1-2 degrees. And then sometime there will be a return of cold weather," the expert shared in an interview with TASS.
