The head of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, has requested a report on the investigation into the disappearance of three teenagers in Zvenigorod. This was announced on March 8 by the agency in the MAX messenger.

"It was established that on March 7, in the afternoon, the minors were in the Vostochny microdistrict of Zvenigorod, near the site where the Moskva River flows. Since then, the children have not been in touch, their mobile phones are unavailable," the publication says.

It is noted that during an inspection of the riverbank, investigators found a headdress, which presumably belongs to one of the missing teenagers.

Bastrykin instructed Yaroslav Yakovlev, head of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region, to report on the progress of the investigation of the case, as well as on the established circumstances.

Three children disappeared in the Zvenigorod area the night before, among them a 13-year-old girl and two 12-year-old boys. One of the fishermen reported seeing children drowning in the water. The man did not report the incident to the emergency services, because, according to him, another witness of the incident called 112. A criminal case has been opened into the disappearance of three teenagers in Zvenigorod, Moscow region.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
