Sergey Aghajanyan, Deputy President of the Russian Federation of Extreme Power, world record holder in towing multi-ton equipment and power numbers, nicknamed "The Russian Hulk", conducted an extreme training session for women on the eve of March 8. Footage from the training session on March 5 is published by Izvestia.

"I decided <...> on my own behalf to make such a festive gift in a standard format — an extreme workout. To show that lovely ladies are capable of a lot. Even for things that we don't expect from them in ordinary life," Aghajanyan said.

According to him, the training was both humorous and ambitious, demonstrating that the girls are able to go all the way in completing their tasks.

It is specified that as part of an unusual master class, the girls, under the guidance of an athlete, tried their hand at destroying steel pins, twisting pans into a tube and inflating medical heating pads until they burst.

"Dear ladies and the beautiful half of humanity <...> this is the motivator that makes a man's heart beat faster and motivates us to the greatest feats," he summed up.

Fashion expert, art director of the French brand Michel Katana Natalia Semenova said on the same day that on the eve of the holidays, men often make the same mistakes when choosing gifts, focusing on the appearance or making a decision at the last moment. According to the expert, men often choose spectacular things without thinking about how appropriate they will be in everyday life.
