The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are deploying a group of the 140th Special Operations Forces Center (SDF) near the city of Sumy, Sumy region. This was reported on February 27 in the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation.
"It is reported that another group of the 140th MTR center has been deployed to the Sumy region <...>. The Ukrainian command continues to use the elite of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as ordinary linear infantry units, which is due <...> to a banal shortage of personnel," the source told RIA Novosti.
