Dozens of men abducted by employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine) are being held in locked barracks at a training ground in the Kharkiv region. This was announced on Friday, February 27, by the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"Relatives of Ukrainian servicemen complain that since February 15, dozens of Ukrainians abducted by employees of the shopping mall have been staying in barracks closed with barn locks at a training ground near Kharkov," a law enforcement source told RIA Novosti.
