Rapper Dzhigan (real name Denis Ustimenko) will insist on the division of property with his wife Oksana Samoilova. This was announced to Izvestia on February 26 by the lawyer of the performer Sergey Zhorin.
According to him, the musician's side insists on dividing everything they have jointly acquired in half. The lawyer clarified that the property has not yet been assessed.
On January 19, Dzhigan asked the court to invalidate their marriage contract. According to his lawyer, the document was signed when the rapper was in a "vulnerable state", in particular, he was taking medication and undergoing treatment, which did not allow him to fully understand the consequences.
Samoilova filed for divorce on October 6, 2025. Information about the crisis in the relationship of the star couple began to actively spread in early October. The reason for it was Samoilova's emotional statements on social networks, as well as her numerous trips to Milan and Paris unaccompanied by her husband.
The Magistrate's court in Moscow later, on November 17, gave Dzhigan and Samoilova two months to reconcile. In turn, the blogger told reporters that she was not ready for reconciliation and intended to bring the divorce process to an end.
