The governor of the Belgorod region told about the resident who refused to give him a lift

A resident of the Belgorod region refused to give a lift to the head of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov. The governor told about it on February 26 in his Telegram channel.

According to Gladkov, he was returning from a business trip when the train broke down and stopped near Belgorod. After getting off the train, the governor tried to find a passing car. He noticed a local resident and, introducing himself, asked to be taken to the railway crossing, but the driver refused.
