Poland has lifted aircraft into the air because of Russia's alleged activity

In Poland, military fighter jets were scrambled amid reports of alleged Russian activity in Ukraine. This was announced on February 26 by the operational command of the Armed Forces of the country.

"Military aircraft have begun operating in Polish airspace," a message on the social network X (ex. Twitter)

It is noted that ground-based air defense and radar reconnaissance systems have also been brought to the highest level of combat readiness. The ministry clarified that the measures taken are aimed at ensuring security in the territories bordering "vulnerable areas."

Poland also raised fighter jets on February 3, allegedly because of Russia's activity in Ukraine. Fighter jets and early warning aircraft were scrambled, and ground-based air defense systems were put on alert.
