Rubio spoke about Trump's vision of a nuclear weapons treaty
American leader Donald Trump believes that any nuclear weapons treaty should include Russia, China and the United States. This was announced on February 25 by the American Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
"The president is firmly convinced that in order for any nuclear agreement in the 21st century to be legitimate, these three countries - the United States, Russia and China — must participate in it," he said during a conversation with reporters.
According to Rubio, such an agreement would be good for the whole world, but the United States cannot "force" anyone to conclude agreements.
