Gref announced that Sberbank will transfer 1.3 trillion rubles to the Russian budget in 2025.

The total amount of revenues to the country's budget from the Beber Group for 2025 exceeded 1.3 trillion rubles, said German Gref, President and Chairman of the Management Board of the bank, ahead of the publication of last year's IFRS financial statements.

"By the end of 2025, the Sber Group paid 543.3 billion rubles in income tax," he said.

Taking into account all other tax items and insurance premiums, the total amount of payments exceeded 948 billion rubles, Gref said.

In addition, last year, Sberbank paid a record-breaking 786.9 billion rubles in dividends to shareholders. "Half of them went to the state treasury as the main shareholder represented by the Ministry of Finance," the president of the bank emphasized.
